Brecken Larson started out working for a larger pest control company before deciding to go out on his own. He wanted to run things his way — which mostly means showing up on time, being straight with customers about what they actually need, and not upselling services that aren't necessary.
Before starting Fairgrounds Pest Services in 2013, Brecken spent several years learning the trade from the ground up — identifying pest species, understanding treatment chemistry, and developing the ability to diagnose infestations accurately rather than just applying a standard protocol regardless of the situation.
For Brecken, the job is pretty simple: fix the problem and make sure it stays fixed. That philosophy has guided every hiring decision, every treatment call, and every conversation with a customer since the business opened.
